  •  APPOINTMENT MUST BE PAID FOR IN ORDER TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. THIS ALSO APPLIES TO MY LUNA CIRCLE. 

  •  IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN SUBMITTED WITH IN 24 HOURS OF MAKING YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL THEN BE CANCELED AUTOMATICALLY.

  • IN PERSON SESSIONS CLIENT MUST HAVE PROOF OF COVID-19 VACCINE  OR NEGATIVE COVID RESULT TEST WITH IN THE LAST 24 TO 48 HRS.

  • MASK IS REQUIRED FOR IN PERSON SESSIONS

  • HAND WASHING IS REQUIRED BEFORE IN PERSON SESSION BEGINS (SOAP & WATER PROVIDED)

  • IF YOU PURCHASED  AN ENERGY HEALING PACKAGE, PACKAGE MUST BE USED CONSECUTIVELY AND PAID UP FRONT IN FULL 

  •  IF YOU ARE STRUGGLING FINANCIALLY AND ARE INTERESTED IN RECIEVING A SESSION WITH ENERGY HEALING, PLEASE SEND ME A DM 

  • NO REFUNDS. I PUT MY TIME ASIDE & I TAKE TIME TO PREPARE FOR EVERY SESSION.

  • CRYSTALS COME IN DIFFERENT SHADES OF COLOR, SHAPES & SIZES. CRYSTAL MAY LOOK DIFFERENT ON SCREEN DUE TO LIGHTING, THEN WHAT IT ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE IN PERSON. THIS DOES NOT CHANGE THE CRYSTALS PROPERTIES.

  • I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ALLERGIC REACTIONS WHEN PURCHASING HERBS, HERB POUCHES, OIL BLENDS, SPELL JARS, ROOM SPRAYS, CANDLES, ETC. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK INGREDIENTS. MY DMS ARE ALWAYS OPEN IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS.

  • WHEN IT COMES TO READINGS I WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANY FINANCIAL, LEGAL, MEDICAL, ETC READINGS IF THAT IS SOMETHING YOU ARE LOOKING FOR I WILL GLADLY REFER YOU TO SOMEONE ELSE.

  • WHEN ORDERING CANDLES KEEP IN MIND THEY ARE HEAVY, I SHIP CANDLES USING FLAT RATE USPS BOX, IT IS MORE EXPENSIVE IF I SHIP OUT BY WEIGHT INSTEAD OF A FLATE RATE.

  • I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/STOLEN/DELAYED PACKAGES. I SUGGEST YOU PURCHASE PRIORITY MAIL TO INSURE YOUR PACKAGE COMES WITH INSURANCE AND GUARANTEED TIME OF ARRIVAL.

  • IF AN ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, PLEASE SEND ME A MESSAGE AND A PICTURE RIGHT AWAY TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY.

  • ORDERS SHIP OUT MONDAY UNLESS IF FALLS ON A HOLIDAY WILL SHIP NEXT BUSINESS DAY

  • SHIPPING THROUGH USPS ONLY

  • SHIPPING FEES VARY. LOCAL PICK-UP IS ALWAYS FREE

  • I ALWAYS SEND TRACKING NUMBERS, SO CHECK YOUR DMs

  • CANDLES: ITS VERY IMPORTANT THAT DURING THE HOT WEATHER WAX MAY "SWEAT" OR HERBS/CRYSTALS MAY COME OUT DURING SHIPPING. ITS IMPORTANT THAT YOU'RE AWARE OF THIS. THIS DOES NOT CHANGE OR "CANCEL THE INTENTION". IF YOU ORDER A CANDLE DURING THE HOT MONTHS MAKE SURE YOU EITHER TRACK DELIVERY TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE HOME TO PUT CABDLE IN COOL PLACE OR MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH SOMEONE TO BRING YOUR PACKAGE INSIDE. 

  •  I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE. 

  • IF I FEEL I AM NOT THE RIGHT PRACTITIONER FOR YOU OR WE SIMPLY ARE NOT A RIGHT FIT TOGETHER, I WILL REFER YOU TO ANOTHER PRACTITIONER. 

  •  I SCHEDULE NEW CLIENT CONSULTATIONS SO YOU CAN SEE MY VIBE AND I CAN FEEL YOURS AGAIN IF I FEEL OUR VIBE DOES NOT MATCH, I WILL REFER YOU TO SOMEONE ELSE. 

  • I ALWAYS AM 100% HONEST IF I NEED TO REFER YOU TO SOMEONE ELSE I WILL. 

  •  WHEN IT COMES TO MY SHOP, EVERYTHING IS CUSTOM MADE WITH INTENTIONS, IF YOUR SPELL/INTENTION/ WHAT YOU'RE SEEKING / WHATEVER IT IS AND I DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE MAKING IT, I WILL DECLINE.
